Saturday, July 9 at Veteran’s Memorial Park
Volunteers from the American Red Cross will step up to the plate to demonstrate Hands-Only CPR to the starting lineup of the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs and fans at Veteran’s Memorial Park on Saturday, July 9.
Prior to the start of the game vs. the Utica Blue Sox at 5 p.m., Red Cross volunteers equipped with mannequins will join Diamond Dawgs players on the field to demonstrate Hands-Only CPR. Fans are encouraged to watch the action, as Hands-Only CPR can help gain precious time for a person experiencing a cardiac event.
