Little Falls, NY – The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs are thrilled to announce the addition of Mike Harrington as the team’s new Director of Player Development for the 2025 season. A seasoned leader both on and off the field, Harrington brings a wealth of experience as a player and coach.
He showcased his exceptional talent on the mound during his collegiate career at Herkimer College and SUNY Cortland, earning prestigious honors as an All-American pitcher and being named Regional Pitcher of the Year.
His coaching journey includes a stint in summer collegiate baseball with the Cortland Crush, where he developed and mentored aspiring players. Currently, Harrington serves as the pitching coach at Herkimer College, a nationally recognized junior college baseball program.

As Director of Player Development, Harrington will oversee the growth and advancement of players across all areas, working closely with the coaching staff to build upon the team’s tradition of success and prepare athletes for the next level.
