LITTLE FALLS, NY — The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs are excited to announce the signing of sophomore first baseman Connor Scanlan from Fairfield University for the 2026 season.
Scanlan, a native of Holmes, Pennsylvania, is a right-handed hitting first baseman who brings a strong offensive profile and solid defensive presence to the DiamondDawgs. The 6’0”, 200-pound corner infielder made an immediate impact in his first collegiate season, posting an impressive .333 batting average for the Stags.
A physical right-handed bat with run-producing ability, Scanlan adds depth and power potential to the middle of the DiamondDawgs’ lineup for 2026.
