The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs have added switch-hitting infielder Byron Arias from Dominican University to the 2026 roster. A 6 foot 1, 185-pound sophomore from Congers. New York, Arias brings proven production and consistency to the DiamondDawgs lineup.
In 2025, Arias started 39 games and posted a .314 batting average with 33 RBI and 42 runs scored. He followed that with a strong 2026 season, starting 46 games and recording a .324 batting average.
His offensive production and experience at the collegiate level provide a reliable presence in the DiamondDawgs lineup for the 2026 season.
