The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs have added catcher Jaden Santiago from Columbia University to the 2026 roster. A San Diego California native, Santiago brings athleticism, durability, and a strong defensive foundation to the catcher position.
Santiago is known for his ability to manage a pitching staff, receive and block consistently, and control the running game. His mobility and athletic profile allow him to handle the physical demands of the position while providing reliable defense throughout the season.
His defensive skill set and game awareness strengthen the DiamondDawgs roster for the 2026 season.
