LITTLE FALLS, NY — The Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs are excited to announce the signing of Brandon Hauk, a 1B/RHP from Saint Thomas Aquinas for the upcoming 2025 season.
Hauk has distinguished himself as one of Long Island’s premier high school baseball players, earning recognition as a two-time finalist for The Carl Yastrzemski Award, which is presented annually to the most outstanding player in the region. Also, a two-time Gold Glove Award recipient, Hauk’s defensive excellence at first base is a testament to his skill, discipline, and field awareness. Beyond his defensive capabilities, he is a versatile asset on the mound, where he commands a fastball that reaches the upper 80s and effectively utilizes above-average secondary pitches, further solidifying his reputation as a dynamic and impactful player.
